The Rolex GMT-Master is a luxury watch that is especially popular with frequent fliers and divers. Force out the metal pins that secure the band by applying pressure to them with a watch pin removal tool or thumbtack. If necessary, use a pair of needle-nose watch or jewelry pliers to pull the metal pins free; they are often hard to remove with the watch pin removal tool alone.

Examine the first link on either side of your Rolex GMT watchband. Rolex watchbands use metal pins to join the individual watchband links. Locate the pin that secures the first watch link to the link next to it. Push out the link pin with a watch pin removal tool as described in Step 2.

Repeat the link removal process to remove additional links from your Rolex GMT watchband. If you are removing more than one or two watch links,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], remove the links from alternating sides of the watch band to keep the band looking even.

Reconnect your newly adjusted band to your Rolex GMT watch face. Hold the watch band and face pieces together with one hand while using your other hand to replace the metal band pin. Tap in the pins with a rubber jewelry mallet.
