's met the ocean. They realized the only way they could be together would be to live in the waters. It is said they took the shape of the Barramundi, forbidden lovers hiding underneath the mangroves. True believers know the fish to be an aphrodisiac. Thus you will find it referred to in tales as "the Passion Fish".

Rinse and pat dry fillets. Marinate the fish in the orange juice for at least 1 hour in a shallow covered dish. When you are ready to prepare the meal rub both sides of each fillet with Garlic Ginger Salt. Over medium to high heat, warm oil in a saute pan.
Add fillets to the pan and sear for 1 minute. Turn the fish over and ear for another minute. Adjust the heat to medium to low. Cover the pan and cook for 3 minutes. Flip each fillet and bathing the pieces with the orange zest and a sprinkling of ground black pepper. Cook for an additional 4 minutes. The Barramundi will be done when it is easily flaked.
Prepare the fish on dinner plates with Julienne Vegetable Salad. Top the fish with any pan juices. Set your table for two with a small communal bowl of Green Onion and Chili Oil for dipping pieces of fish and the salad.
