10. Dave Ursini, owner of Naples Rib Co. and the only panelist with whom we had a side bet. The terms are a little shaky, but we believe he has a rib or two with our name on it.
If we lived according to the mis-truism "If you want something done right (or well), do it yourself," our house would be ruined. It would lack indoor plumbing and electricity. We would need to buy a new car every 5,000 miles. Our teeth would hurt. Our kids wouldn't know how to add single digits. Life would be nasty, brutish and short.
