Golf is a family friendly sport and inexpensive at the Hill Country.  The golf course has started a shortened course within the Arthur Hill’s Championship golf course that allows families to play together and introduce the game of golf to inexperienced players.  This will start Memorial Weekend and is only $39 per person with each additional person for $20.  Cool off after a round at the Cactus Oak Tavern across from the ProShop.
              The resort is a Texas rainforest.  Black squirrels are a little too friendly but the oak trees are mature and everything is in bloom right now.  Chef’s Herb garden is on the way to the Windflower Spa; which has outdoor treatments room and it’s own private pool.  The landscaping is beautiful and always changing with the seasons. 
The pool boasts a 450-foot lazy river that actually feels like an genuine Texas river float trip.  New cabanas are being built and will be ready by summer and the Papa Ed’s Pool Bar & Grill is open daily.

The Hyatt’s interactive daycare program called “Camp Hyatt” includes daily indoor and outdoor activities like face painting,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], bike riding,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], pool games and more.  There is an additional fee for these services.  While the kids are in Camp the adults can relax at the Texas shaped Adult pool or hang out in Charlie’s Long Bar, (no children after 6pm).  Upscale resort dining is enjoyed in Antler’s Lodge while you can grab and go from the General Store.  The resort has it’s own salsa recipe, Brand 99 sold here along with Hill Country souvenirs.  In Room Dining is open until midnight and the Springhouse Café’s breakfast buffet is more than you could ever eat,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]!
