Did the person who switched on the machine not see him? Who switched on the machine?”These were some of the questions David Boyce’s relatives asked.It was a second fatal accident <a href="http://www.china-constructionmachinery.com/China-Concrete-Mixer/" target="_blank" class="postlink">Concrete Mixer</a> involving a concrete mixer in Cape Town in less than a month.
