Let's check in on the progress of our predictions. <br />10. Neal has 18 goals and 34 points and is on pace for 33 goals and 62 points. Eriksson has 16 goals to go along with 48 points, putting him on pace for 29 goals and 87 points. <br />9. Zenon Konopka of the New York Islanders would lead league in PIMs and score 10 goals. Konopka has 143 PIMs, 11 more than second place Sean Avery of the New York Rangers, which puts him on pace for 286 PIMs and as the PIM leader again. However, Konopka has scored only one goal in 43 games this season, which means he needs to score nine goals in the second half to reach our prediction. <br />8. Alexander Ovechkin of the Washington Capitals would score 60+ goals. Ovechkin has scored 15 goals in 45 games, which puts him on pace for only 27 goals. <br />7. Vancouver Canucks win the Presidents' Trophy for the team with the most points in the regular season and Washington Capitals win the Stanley Cup. The Canucks sit first overall in the NHL with a two-point lead. The Capitals are focused a lot more on defence than scoring goals, setting themselves up for a long playoff run. <br />6. Career years for Bobby Ryan, Corey Perry and <a href="http://www.buy-jersey.com/nhljerseysanaheimducks15ryangetzlafblackjersey-p-481.html?cPath=341_344" target="_blank" class="postlink">Ryan Getzlaf Jersey</a>, all of the Anaheim Ducks. Ryan is on pace for a career high 37 goals and 63 points, just three points off his career high. Perry is on pace for career high 40 goals and career high 85 points. <a href="http://www.buy-jersey.com/nhljerseysanaheimducks15ryangetzlafblackjersey-p-481.html?cPath=341_344" target="_blank" class="postlink">Ryan Getzlaf Jersey</a> is on pace for 27 goals -- his career high is 25 -- and 76 points. <br />5. Defencemen Mike Green of Washington, Shea Weber of Nashville, Drew Doughty of Los Angeles and Anton Babchuk of Calgary all score 20+ goals. Green is on pace for 17 goals, Weber 15, Doughty six and Babchuk nine. <br />4. Twenty players score 40+ goals this season. We predicted the following players would hit 40 goals: Jarome Iginla of Calgary (on pace for 33), Eric Staal of Carolina (41), Daniel Sedin of Vancouver (49), Anze Kopitar of Los Angeles (30), John Tavares of the Islanders (37), Nicklas Backstrom of Washington (20), Loui Eriksson of Dallas (29), James Neal of Dallas (33) and Phil Kessel of Toronto (35). Roberto Luongo of the Vancouver Canucks would finish first overall in wins and shutouts. Luongo is third in the league with 21 wins and is on pace for 38 wins. Luongo has just two shutouts, but there have been several games where he has lost the shutout in the final five minutes. So he could go on a run and wrack up a bunch of shutouts. <br />2. P.K. Subban of the Montreal Canadiens scores 45 points and wins the Calder as NHL rookie of the year. Subban has struggled and has been a healthy scratch several times. Subban is on pace for just 26 points. Jeff Skinner of the Carolina Hurricanes leads all rookies with 36 points. Logan Couture of the San Jose Sharks is the leading rookie goal scorer with 19. <br />1. Eight players score 100+ points.
