Lamb chops can be a quick meal almost any time, and while they are sometimes expensive,louis vuitton purse, they are frequently on sale at stores like the Village Market . Here's how to dress up your lamb chops with a mustard crust in just a few minutes. We use Panko bread crumbs because they are often more flavorful and crunchy than pre-ground toasted bread crumbs. Of course any bread crumbs will work fine in this recipe,burberry bag, especially if you grind them yourself.

4 lamb chops
2 cloves garlic, peeled
1/4 cup mustard
1 tb soy sauce
1 tb olive oil
1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
4 Tb chopped parsley.
Preheat the oven to 400° F.
Dry off the chops (better than I did) and place them on a roasting rack in a fry pan.
Press the garlic cloves into a small bowl.
Mix the remaining ingredients except parsley and spread half on the top of the chops. Sprinkle with parsley.
Bake for 15 minutes
Turn the chops with tongs, trying to keep the crust attached. It is not too important if it falls off since you will be serving the chops on top of this crust anyway.
Spread the rest of the mixture on top of the chops and along the sides. Sprinkle with more parsley.
Bake for 10 more minutes and check the chop temperature with an instant read thermometer.

Serve on warm plates with loose crust under the chops,timberland boots, with garlic mashed potatoes or a baked potato and a green vegetable.
