| (CNN) -- Cycling's earth governing body is to appeal to sport's maximum tribunal against the Spanish federation's decision to acquit three-time Tour de France winner Alberto Contador of a doping charge.
"The International Cycling Union today (Thursday) determined apt entreat to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Lausanne against the Spanish Cycling Federation's (RFEC) finding in the circumstance of Alberto Contador,Potpourri Manufacturers," peruse a statement on the UCI's official website.
