More than $3000 cash, newport cigarettes stolen (Reference http://www.olymall.com) More than $300 in cash and dozens of newport cigarettes tobacco-related products were stolen from Adam’s Deli, 1700 E. 31st St., yesterday, according to a Lorain police report. The break-in likely happened sometime around 3:30 a.m. when the store manager got a call from the alarm company, according to the report. A suspect stole 11 boxes of Philly blunt wraps, three boxes of Philly blunt cigars, six boxes of Black & Mild cigars, 15 cartons of Newport cigarettes, eight boxes of Marlboro cigarettes and $370 in cash, according to the report. The total estimated value of the stolen items is $1,363. The report stated that security bars on a southern-facing window had been pried apart.
